7 night, 8 day Camping Safari - This Botswana Adventure Safari is ideal if you don’t have a lot of time, but wish to see the highlights, and wilderness areas. Your Safari starts in Maun and ends Livingstone, Zambia and offers excellent value for money.

Please note: As your safari starts at 07h30 on Day 1, you will need to spend a night in Maun before the Safari. You also then have the time to purchase drinks for your safari. We are happy to assist with any additional arrangements for you.
Days 1-3: Moremi Game Reserve, camping
Your guide meets you at 07h30 at a pre-arranged meeting point in Maun. From Maun you drive through to the Moremi Game Reserve, arguably one of the best wilderness areas in Botswana, and which covers both swamp and dry areas. The next three days are spent seeking out the wide variety of wildlife that this area is renowned for (including some great birding) while enjoying the sounds and beauty of the area. Game drives are in the early morning as the sun rises and again in the late afternoon as the sun sets. After your morning game drive you return to camp for lunch and a siesta. On Day 3 you move campsites to explore a different area of this diverse Reserve. Camping is in private designated campsites with bush ablutions. (B, L, D)
Maun – Moremi Game Reserve: 150 kilometres/ 6 hours (including game drive)
Days 4-6: Chobe National Park, camping
Chobe National Park, with its diverse and striking landscapes, is your next Safari destination. As you continue your search for wildlife, you traverse the drier region of Savute where bull elephants dot the plains. You then head northwards to the famed Chobe River where your game drives take you along the banks of the River, as you enjoy the call of the majestic African Fish Eagle. Camping is in private designated areas with bush ablutions. (B, L, D)
Moremi – Savuti: 120 kilometres/ 5 – 6 hours; Savuti - Chobe River: 170 kilometres/ 5 hours
Days 7-8: Livingstone, chalet accommodation
After a morning game drive you cross the majestic Zambezi River by ferry and then drive to Livingstone on the Zambian side of the Victoria Falls (Visa required), where you spend the night at a comfortable lodge.
In the afternoon there is time to visit the wonderful Victoria Falls and shop for curios. Dinner is at your own expense at the lodge. The safari officially ends at 10h00 on Day 8.
You may wish to extend your stay in Livingstone, or even cross the River to Victoria Falls… additional arrangements can be made in advance for you. (Day 7: B, L & Day 8: B)
Chobe River – Livingstone: 100 kilometres/ 2 – 3 hours
