We now have official notification of the opening, today, 09 November, of Gaborone, Maun and Kasane Airports to commercial traffic.
On 01 December, the following land borders will re-open: Kazungula, Ngoma, Ramokgwebana, Martin's Drift, Ramotlabana, Tlokweng, Mamuno, Pioneer and Mohembo.
Francistown Airport is also due to open on 01 December.
All arrivals will need to have a negative Covid-19 Certificate with them, for a PCR test which is no older than 72 hours. All arrivals will also be screened for Covid-19.
At present we are not sure when Air Botswana itself is due to start flying again, but Airlink (based in South Africa) has advised that they will start their daily flights to Gaborone on 16 November and their flights to both Maun and Kasane on 30 November.
